Description

Wetham was once the crown jewel in the realm that took it's name sake from the City and it remains a cultural center for all of the Colonies. After almost 50 years of near constant war the Assassins were handed the city by the Lukon Barbarians who managed to decimate the former owners and seized the city. The Assassins put the city under their banner and have tried to blend the cultures of the people together. After a small group of Assassins tried to manipulate a war between their nation and the Barbarians of Lukon, the Barbarians and Assassins mached on the traitors and Lukon took the city back after destroying the newly founded realm of Wetham. To keep the city and the lands around it from being used by traitors again, the Horde kept Wetham and placed a Duchess in command of the city.

The Royal Courts-"Once the showcase of Wetham splendor, in recent times an infestation of children had turned these halls into a ratty shadow of their former selves but work is being done to restore them. Tapestries depicting ancient battles are being repaired; portraits of the men and women who had made Wetham great are being painstakingly retouched so as to preserve the past; holes in stained glass depictions of the Saints have been reglazed to their former brilliance."

The Merchant Ward-"Is slowing emerging from the war ravaged economy but there is still much to be done here."

The Slums (beloved home of El'rinal Veanne'aedin)- "The slums of Wetham were a hard place, even for the hardiest of souls... and for those who weren't hardy? For them it was... well, all right, it isn't all that bad. Even so, it was pretty damn unpleasant, especially when Martha Rowantree started offering her "services" to the soldiers..."
