Ieara

Description

Ieara is a coastal region of the realm of Melhed on the continent of Beluaterra. Situated between Mhed and Fronepu, it is a frequent stop nobles make while traveling between the two regions. The region is a serene open rural area that is a good rest stop for travelers between the cities. Ieara has a population of more than ten thousands, most of them work as farmers or fishermen. It consistently has one of the happiest populations of Ar Agyr because of the benevolent treatment of the populace by the local lord. Every quarterly, the lord would organize a gathering for the people and treat them to lavish dishes done locally.

Despite it's reputation as the breadbasket of Ar Agyr, it is somewhat isolated, and so war has usually bypassed the region.

Militarily wise, it has one of the best military academy that produces the longest range special forces as well as the one of the most well trained special forces. No doubt that is one of the biggest help especially during time of the daimon invasion.
