Description

Some refer to the small south eastern city as the Forgotten City of East Continent. Tucked away on the coast of the Great Southern Sea and mirrored in location to the city it has been overshadowed by for centuries, Ibladesh.

The city and it’s residents, ravaged by both looters and creatures alike year after year, teem with resolve and pride. Those remaining in the city have developed a healthy skepticism of outsiders and have forged the city to act in the best interest of their self preservation; a mentality that will surely be passed from generation to generation. Their constitution has quietly earned them a reputation for engineering, ship building and iron work.

On the northern most point of the city lies the Port and Paddle Co. Renowned for their iron plated ships that can be hundreds of feet long. It is rumored that these ships are intended to be a last resort for for the city nobility and upper class to retreat to if the city were to be over run.

At the center of the city you will find an unmistakable landmark and the source of hope for the local populace, the Onyx Spire. A conical solid black stone, carved by the Syymth Masons nearly a century ago, stands at precisely 96 feet tall and has a base 24 feet in diameter in remembrance of the 9,600 residents who died of starvation and illness over The 24 Month Siege. The stone, originally polished as a mirror, is covered in a murky tarnish due to the ash resulting from the pillaging over the years. Although not in the pristine condition of its youth, it is a symbol of perseverance which all the residents of the city tap into.

If you follow the coastline south, you will find cliffs that get progressively higher and higher. The local soldiers know this land well and utilize this terrain feature well in combat by luring and cornering their adversaries along the cliff side. Some say the skulls outnumber the boulders at the bottom of the cliff.
