Igno

Description

The Region of Igno is a glorious and vibrant townsland. It's famed for the hustle and bustle of the market place where peasants, nobles, traders all come to sell and buy goods. It's most famous landmark is a giant white marble building that sits in the Centre of Igno for all to see. The buildings glorious white marble pillars display carvings of dragons and various crests; it's rumoured that long ago the building itself was a palace that belonged to an ancient King but now it's filled with books and scrolls to which only the most predominant scholars have access.

The region is protected by an elite unit known as the "Legacy Guards" whom also uphold the law of the government. Only the most highly trained elite soldiers are entrusted with such a position. They traditionally wear a read cape embroidered with twin golden dragons and are equipped with silver halberds and gold short swords as their means of weaponry.

As a coastal town, Igno is often the destination of travelers from far and wide. It's famed for its casinos, brothels and other sorts of sordid night life.
