Ustimbar

Description

The sparsely populated rural region is home to the laid-back and less successful peasants of Sirion. With Parm, and Sir Temple bordering it, there's not much needed in Ustimbar that can't be found in its neighbors.

However, peasants are usually forbidden to head west to Rollbar, the location of Adrian's original herb company. There have been previous cases where the herb had tried to be smuggled into Ustimbar, but the numerous security checks done outside the palisade before a peasant is let in has prevented any attempts on growing the herb from succeeding.

Thus, one of Ustimbar's proudest achievement is being one of the only herb-free regions in Sirion.

Ustimbar generates most of its revenue by selling food to the city of Parm. Many creatures of the wilds from Rollbar attack small farms during the long winter when cold northern winds come down to Ustimbar in early October. There is no snow until mid November but farmers usually close their farms around late October to form a local militia against wild animals and monsters.

Summer of Ustimbar begins in early April about a month after spring. During summer, inhabitants experience some rainy days and some very hot sunny days.
