Limbar

Description

Limbar is a region in the heart of the Sirion empire. Nestled close to Sirion city is receives a fair amount of trade, especially from the traffic that passes between the capital and the nearby city of Avamar. Since it borders the Sirion river there is boat traffic and associated industry with the most heavily populated settlements hugging the riverbank.

To the west the large South Sirion forest brings profit from hunting and logging. Though smaller than most of the surrounding regions and less populous than the cities of Avamar and Sirion it has managed to retain a sense of cultural individuality with most of the population being fiercely devoted to their rural lifestyle.

Its unspoiled natural settings are a pride of the small region and fit in well with the druidic religious following of the majority of the populace.
